• • A Civil Engineering Graduate and Environmental Engineering Post Graduate from University of Nottingham with more than 25 years of extensive expertise in EPC solutions for Brownfield Projects. Including feasibility study EIA and other statutory compliance reports, liasoning with government and various authorities, Land reclaim, land survey, soil testing, identification of remediation techniques, costing, negotiating, identification of treatment requirements and safe disposal process. Hazard analysis and prevention measures. Identification of major contaminated area and suggestive reuse measures. Finalisation of plot plan plant footprints considering process and land topography optimisation. Model review and addressing constructability issues at Project conceptualisation stage, followup for necessary approvals. Identification of potential bidders Review of safety, quality and technical expertise of potential bidders. Technical bid evaluation. Recommended training, validate trained personnel. Review safety and quality procedures and suggest job specific changes/ requirements. Chair progress review meetings with vendors. Responsible for progress reports generation, circulation and presentation with various stakeholders review meetings. Taking care of resources management from budgetary approval to mobilisation and deployment productivity review and analysis. Coordinate for multidisciplinary activities and vendors to complete the project in time and cost. Improvisation by cost effective and change management/ sequence to ensure optimum use of available resources to get the outmost returns. Commissioning handling over and contract closure management. A concept to commissioning approach.
